ReplyDeleteThe Nigeria National Assembly is now working, they are now in a hurry to pass the Bill criminalizing computer misuse (internet crime popularly known as yahoo yahoo). It is proposed that the new law when passed will see a convict on internet scam going to jail for as long as 15 years or 25m Naira fine or both. This is welcome development, but how about the National Assembly scamers? How about Over sight function bribe takers and demanders? One would have expected the same speed in other related bills lying dormant at the National Assembly. These people will never cease to amaze me.
